I’m Ken, a digital marketing manager with 20+ years in enterprise retail eCommerce, where I’ve driven millions in revenue through creative multi-channel campaigns, intuitive UX design, and team leadership. I’m passionate about solving tough problems with smart, innovative strategies that grow businesses and delight customers.
My Career Journey
My career’s taken a winding path, shaping me into a versatile, strategic problem-solver. Before eCommerce, I founded CLU, an 18-year skateboard program that empowered teens and inspired Faceplant Ministries, where I now serve as a board member - honing my leadership and mentorship skills along the way. In the eCommerce space, I’ve spent 20 years mastering digital marketing, UX design, and content strategy, leading cross-functional teams to launch campaigns and user experiences that boosted conversions by double digits. I love finding creative ways to connect brands with customers - and delivering results.
What Drives Me
I’m driven by craftsmanship - whether it’s crafting high-performing marketing campaigns, designing seamless user experiences, or woodworking in my spare time. My early days as a carpenter taught me precision and creativity, qualities I bring to every project. I’m fascinated by technology’s potential to connect people, from smart digital strategies to the ethical use of AI in marketing. Beyond Work
Outside work, I’m cycling Southern Oregon trails, camping, or drumming to support local artists - a fun way to flex my collaborative side. I also volunteer with Faceplant Ministries and unwind by crafting wood projects in my workshop, keeping me grounded and creative.
